Vision

Our vision is to create and groom a student community of highly motivated, skilled, technically enlightened, and competent and with high moral value who can meet the challenges of ever-changing demands of global world. Our vision is eternal to cultivate the people to transform the society into the knowledge Society. Rabindranath Tagore the famous Laurette is our inspiration who moulds and motivate us in endless ways. Keeping this perspective, we choose to name our college as Ravindranath Tagore College and thereby we follow his vision as our vision too.

Mission

Our mission is to provide education to various cross sections of the society, especially the underprivileged section of the rural areas and to make them confident and self-reliant. Our aim is to serve the educational needs of these under masses to make them confident and stride ahead with their other counterparts. Hence our mission is to foster education in such a way that the youngsters of the cyber age are enlightened and empowered. As Swami Vivekananda Said: We picked this tag line as our Mission.

In the last few years, India has undergone unprecedented sea-change, in terms of education. This has greatly affected our social outlook, economic status, as well as position in the global scenario. I believe in the emergence of an egalitarian and integrated society, which speaks volumes about the Dreams that every committed educationist in India has, a determination of providing quality education against the backdrop of diverse socio-culture, geographic, economic and educational divides. Rabindranath Tagore & Swami Vivekanand emphasised to link education with nature to develop the personality of the student to its near totality. Keeping this in view our Institute, RTC faster quality education to students and are committed to pursuits of excellence. A commitment that does not rest on consistency, but on bettering our performance years after years.
